Fellow FAU Students, Apologies…

I am going to be on the Boca Campus of FAU today handing out flyers for my book to any and all students who are interested.

If you visit the website, check out the FREE Sample Chapters of Daylight Hours as well as my short story, So Beautiful.

Thank you for any and all support.

Book Reviews: Daylight Hours

I recently got another review for my book on Amazon.com and I moved up 4,000,000 ranks worldwide.

That’s 4 Million places I moved up in my ranking!

I really want to appreciate everyone who has read my book so far and then reviewed it on Amazon. The rating of my book is what will help me get attention from Literary Agents and Publishing Houses so thank you everyone.

If you’ve read Daylight Hours and haven’t reviewed the book yet, I’m asking nicely, please help. All you have to do is log into your Amazon Account and then click the number of stars you want to give my book. It’s not too torturous and it could help me change my life forever.

Once again, thank you everyone for your support. Now it’s time to go back to editing the second book.

I Got Blisters on These Fingers

I sat down to edit a few minutes ago, stopped and looked up to see that it’s been three hours and my lower back hurts.

So two things are obvious: I have no concept of time and I have poor posture…

The editing is coming slowly but surely. The second book in the Kris Grant Series is much larger than the first one. Everything is already set up, so it’s just a matter of telling the next story and expanding on characters and the setting of South Florida in this world. I’m really excited for this book to come out. I’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback lately from people reading Daylight Hours and I can’t wait to hear what they think about book numero dos.

No matter what, the next book in the series will come out this summer. I’m taking 3 of the 4 classes I need to graduate from FAU and I don’t care if I fail them all if it means getting the second book edited, re-edited, re-edited some more, and then published.

Kris Grant returns the summer of 2012. Just in time to read the book before the world ends.

…I couldn’t help myself. Now I’ve hopped aboard the “end of the world” marketing train. Hell, if NBC’s doing it, I might as well give it a shot. Nothing boosts sales like Armageddon.

College: The Devourer…

…of time that is.

The first week of school is finally over and so another semester at FAU begins. There’s only fifteen weeks to go, but who’s counting?

I’m not going to let my education get in the way of my writing. Time to start juggling reading assignments and papers so I can edit and work as much as I can on getting the second book of “The Daylight Hours Series” published. Wish me luck.

P.S. I’m going to start taking caffeine intravenously this semester so if anyone knows where I can get a decent syringe, let me know. I keep sharing needles with some of my friends, but I hate being that guy.
